Lets be honest here climbing does not work your pectorals major muscles which can cause you to walk around like the hunchback of notre dame, I was guilty of this for a while. I found an awesome video that gives you an amazing exercise to help fix that problem and also improve your legs which are a very important aspect in climbing but however do not get trained well while doing the sport.
I have included this exercise into my workout routine and have seen a huge difference within my posture and leg strength which has helped tremendously for my climbing.
